1 cup fresh cream or malai, 2 cups cornflour, 1 cup powdered sugar, ½
teaspoon sweet (eatable) soda, 1 teaspoon eno salt, 1 cup milk, ½ teaspoon
vanilla essence

Ingredients:
1 tin condensed milk, 225 gms cornflour, 100 gm Butter, 1
teaspoon Sweet (eatable) soda, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 3 tablespoon cocoa
(chocolate) powder, 1 cup coke or Pepsi.
For
Garnishing:
250 gms fresh cream, 2 tablespoon powdered sugar,
1 small tin cherry (with syrup), 1 milk chocolate
Preparation:
Mix well condensed milk, cocoa powder & butter.
Mix baking powder in cornflour and mix well. Now add coke/Pepsi slowly and beat
well to make a smooth paste. Spread little oil inside cake tin and pour the
mixture in it and bake in hot oven until done completely. When cooled down,
take out from cake tin and do icing on backside.
Cut
the cake from between into equal size in round shape & sprinkle cherry syrup
over both the pieces. Mix cream and powdered sugar and beat well with blender
until it becomes thicken. When done put the cream utensil over ice pieces or
refrigerate for ½ an hour. Spread cherries (without seeds) over one side of
cake. Keep some cherries aside for decorating cake. Put another piece of cake
over other and cover with cream. Grate the chocolate and sprinkle over cake.
Decorate with cherries. Refrigerate for 1 –2 hours. Serve chilled.
CREAM
CAKE
Preparation:
Mix cream and powdered sugar and beat well. Mix milk, cornflour and soda.
Mix well. Mix beaten powdered sugar and cream to cornflour mixture and beat
well until the mixture thickens to a smooth paste. Add essence and eno salt
& mix well. Pour the mixture in a cake tin and bake until the cake is done.
Take out from tin, when cooled down.
MILK
CAKE WITHOUT EGG
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 1/3 cup oil or margarine, ¼ cup raisins (kishmish),
¼ teaspoon cinnamon (dalchini) powder, 1 pinch powdered jaiphal, ½ teaspoon
salt, 2 ¼ cup cornflour (Maida), 1 teaspoon sweet (eatable) soda, 1 ¼ teaspoon
baking powder, ½ cup pieces of almonds (badam), 1 teaspoon almond essence
Preparation:
Mix water, sugar, oil, raisins, dalchini powder, salt, jaiphal and boil
well. When boiled keep stirring over 3-4 minutes. Get it cool. Mix cornflour,
baking powder & soda. Mix well. Now pour the boiled mixture in cornflour
and beat well. Spread little oil inside cake tin and pour the mixture in it.
Bake until the cake is done. For Almond cake, mix almond essence and pieces
of almond and then bake.
MARBLE
CAKE
Ingredients:
100 gms butter, 2 teaspoon unsalted butter, 225 gms or 1 ¼ cup cornflour,
1 cup milk, 1 teaspoon sweet (eatable) soda, 2 tablespoon cocoa powder, ¾ teaspoon
vanilla essence, 1 tin condensed milk
Preparation:
Mix well condensed milk and butter. Mix cornflour and baking powder. Mix
condensed milk and butter in cornflour slowly and beat well. Beat until the
mixture thickens to a smooth paste. Mix essence and keep the mixture aside.
Now make a paste of milk, butter and cocoa powder. Pour the paste in mixture
and do not beat or mix. Just stir with spoon so that it looks like marble. Pour
the mixture in cake tin and bake till the cake is done. When cooled down, cut
in pieces and serve with tea/coffee.
PINEAPPLE
UPSIDE DOWN CAKE
Ingredients:
1 tin condensed milk, 225 gms cornflour, 100 gms butter, 1 cup milk, 1 teaspoon
sweet (eatable) soda, 2 ½ teaspoon baking powder, ¾ teaspoon pineapple essence,
1 small tin pineapple slice, 2 tablespoon sugar
Preparation:
Spread oil in a cake tin and set pineapple slices. Roast sugar over non-stick
tawa till it turns brown in colour. Now spread this syrup over pineapple slices.
Keep the cake tin aside. Mix butter and condensed milk. Mix cornflour, baking
powder and sweet soda. Mix beaten condensed milk and sugar to cornflour. Beat
well. Add essence and pour the mixture in cake tin and bake till the cake is
done. Get it cooled down and take out from cake tin. Serve with vanilla ice
cream.
