were sassy saris, stylish skirts, low-back cholis (blouses), corsets, fitted
fishnet lehengas, chiffon scarves and the currently chic 'empire' waistline.
The old era was brought back with vibrant brushes of emerald green, royal
blue, deep eggplant, burgundy, turquoise, gold and bronze.
Designers like Chandni Munjal (Bags), Kavita Vasudev (Shawls), Gem Opticians
(Eyewear), Window Passion (Linen), and Ruchika Khorana (Packaging) complemented
the bridal trousseau.
Collections from Pakistan by renowned designer's like Zara Shahjahan, Karma, Tazeen Hasan, Saima Yousaf, Sobia Nazir and brands like Zen-Ami was also showcased at Bridal Asia 2007.
Setting the tone to this cutting edge exhibition, BRIDAL ASIA 2007 also hosted 2 fashion displays, with renowned models from India sharing ramp, to parade the exquisite pleasure of looking elegant in gorgeous attire.
